Terms & Conditions – Pushpa Tour & Travels
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any tour or travel service with Pushpa Tour & Travels.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour or service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation charges may apply according to the company’s cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period.
4. Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, identification documents, and any permits required for their travel.
5. Travel Insurance
Pushpa Tour & Travels does not provide travel insurance. Guests are solely responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance before the tour begins.
6. Changes to Itinerary
The company reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, accommodations, or activities due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Guests must respect local laws, customs, traditions, drivers, guides, hotel staff, and local communities throughout the tour.
8. Personal Belongings
Pushpa Tour & Travels shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings during the tour.
9. Health & Safety
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit for travel and tour activities.
10. Liability Limitation
Pushpa Tour & Travels acts only as a tour operator and transportation provider. The company shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, death, delay, loss, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond its control.
11. Force Majeure
The company shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
12. Photography & Marketing
Photographs taken during tours may be used by Pushpa Tour & Travels for promotional purposes unless the guest requests otherwise in writing.
13. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

By booking any service with Pushpa Tour & Travels, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
