Pushpa Tour & Travels – Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any tour, transport, or travel service with Pushpa Tour & Travels.
1. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A minimum advance payment of 30% is required to confirm any tour, transport, or travel service.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour.
- Booking confirmation will be sent after receipt of the advance payment.
2. Payment Policy
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cash, or other approved payment methods.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Any additional expenses not included in the itinerary shall be borne by the customer.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation 30 days before arrival: 90% refund.
- Cancellation 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Cancellation 7–14 days before arrival: 25% refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: No refund.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.
4. Tour Changes
- Customers may request changes to their itinerary, subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications after confirmation.
5. Vehicle & Driver Policy
- Our drivers are professional and experienced.
- Customers must respect drivers and company staff.
- Smoking, illegal substances, and unlawful activities inside vehicles are strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to vehicles by customers will be charged accordingly.
6. Travel Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, identification documents, and any other travel documents required for their journey.
- Pushpa Tour & Travels is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, road closures, government regulations, strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Travel Insurance Policy
- Pushpa Tour & Travels does not provide any travel insurance.
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to arrange and purchase appropriate travel insurance before the tour begins.
- We strongly recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, personal belongings, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Pushpa Tour & Travels shall not be liable for any losses, expenses, medical costs, or claims that would otherwise be covered by travel insurance.
8. Accommodation Policy
- Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to the policies of the respective hotels.
- In case of unavailability, a similar category accommodation may be provided.
9. Rural Tourism & Village Experience Policy
- Guests participating in village stays are requested to respect local customs, traditions, and cultural values.
- Photography of local residents should only be taken with their permission.
- Respectful behavior towards local families and community members is expected at all times.
10. Liability Limitation
- Pushpa Tour & Travels acts as a travel organizer and transportation provider.
- We are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, accident, illness, death, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
- Participation in activities such as village walks, farming experiences, camel rides, trekking, or any other activities is entirely at the guest’s own risk.
11. Privacy Policy
- Customer information is kept secure and confidential.
- Personal information will only be used for travel arrangements and communication purposes.
- We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with unauthorized third parties.
12. Force Majeure
- Pushpa Tour & Travels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, or transportation disruptions.
13. Governing Law
- Any dispute arising from services provided by Pushpa Tour & Travels shall be governed by the laws of India.
- All legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Pushpa Tour & Travels, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
